Our martial arts program brings a much needed balance of physical
education, mental discipline and spiritual enrichment. We stress the importance of these three factors in the uniqueness of
our training program. While self defense is a major focus we also encourage our children in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
International Martial Arts Hall of Famer Andrew Cash, an 7th
degree black belt and martial arts master provides all the training to both the staff and our children. His dedication
and commitment to our program is a source of inspiration. Mr. Cash runs his own Martial Arts program under the Unity
Martial Arts Academy on Chicago's south side.
